Consistent quality, returning customer

This is my third purchase from Naenka, and they've been consistently reliable. I first bought the original Runner Pro a couple years ago, and then a replacement charging cable last year. This time, I upgraded to the Runner Pro 2. The sound clarity seems a bit better than my old pair, and the battery life is still great, just like I expected. I appreciate that their products hold up well over time. The only minor thing was that the tracking update was a little slow to show progress, but the package arrived within the estimated window.

Runner Diver 2 for swimming

I bought the Runner Diver 2 specifically for swimming laps, and they've been pretty solid. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, and they shipped out fast, arriving in about a week. The sound quality underwater was surprisingly good for bone conduction, much better than I expected. They stayed put during my swim sessions, which was a big plus. I even tried the MP3 mode, which worked perfectly without needing my phone nearby. My only minor complaint is that the buttons are a little small and hard to press when your fingers are wet, but you get used to it. Customer support answered a question about salt water use within a day. Overall, a good experience and a product that does what it says.

Solid value, minor fit issue

I decided to try the Runner Diver for my runs and occasional pool workouts. The sound quality is good enough for podcasts and music during exercise, and I like being aware of my surroundings. The waterproofing seems solid, no issues after a few swims. For the price, it feels like a good value compared to other brands I looked at. My only complaint is that the band feels a little tight on my head after an hour or so, making it slightly uncomfortable on longer sessions. Customer service was quick to answer a question I had before ordering though.

Runner Pro 2 works fine

Ordered Runner Pro 2. Arrived in 6 days. Paired easily. Sound is good. Comfortable. Happy with purchase, though the charging cable is pretty short.

Good for running, comfy

I grabbed the Runner CC 3 headphones a few weeks ago for my morning runs. They fit pretty well and the sound was clear enough for podcasts, which is mostly what I listen to. Battery life was decent, lasted a few runs before I had to charge them. The only thing was they felt a tiny bit loose when I really picked up speed, but not enough to fall off.

Great Runner Pro 2, good support

I ordered the Runner Pro 2 headphones because my old pair of sports earbuds kept falling out. The website was easy to navigate, and I found the product description clear. Shipping took about 6 days to get to me in Oregon, which was within the timeframe they mentioned. When I first got them, I had a little trouble pairing them with my phone, so I used their online chat support. The agent was quick to respond and walked me through the steps patiently. Turns out, I was just missing a button press. The headphones themselves are comfortable, stay put during my runs, and the sound quality for open-ear is surprisingly good. Battery life has been excellent too, lasting through several long workouts before needing a charge. Overall, a very positive experience from start to finish.

Love my new Runner Divers!

I just got my Runner Diver 2 headphones and they are fantastic for swimming! The sound in the water is so clear, I was really surprised. Pairing was super easy with my phone too. I used them for my morning laps today and it made my workout so much more enjoyable. I will definitely be buying from Naenka again for gifts. Shipping took a week to get to me in Florida, but it was worth the wait!
